Sales Training Manager
Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Labuan
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the training needs of sales force towards meeting business and organizational needs, primarily of Wilayah, Northern, Sabah and Labuan region.
- To plan, execute and conduct training including performing post training follow-up to reinforce learning.
- Perform post training analysis to establish training effectiveness.
- Involve in other training projects from time to time as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in training or car sales.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Candidate must able to work on 5.5 days per week.
