Job Summary
The primary role of this position is to assist the Chinese Chef to supervise food preparation in the Chinese Kitchen and ensure high standards in food quality and presentation.
Job Requirements, Duties & Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Chinese Chef and assist in the organization, management and control of the Chinese Kitchen operations
- Able to maintain close liaison with the Chinese Chef, on the overall quality control of food preparations, Food and Beverage Cost Controller on the pricing and cost control, Catering Team on banquet function order and Chief Steward on equipment supplies and overall cleanliness of the Chinese Kitchen
MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (Based in Kota Kinabalu)
Job Requirements, Duties & Responsibilities - Degree holders (in Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce / Finance / Human Resource Management) who wish to establish and develop a career in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Spoken Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Computer literate and a ble to work on shifts

- Well verse in kitchen operations and food preparation with skills in Asian & Western cuisines.
Outlet Manager (Pub / Lounge) (Based in Tawau)- Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills that are result oriented.
- Preferably multi-lingual with the ability to lead, train and motivate the team to excel.
Chief Steward (Based in Tawau)
- Possesses good knowledge in cleaning chemicals and hygiene standards.
- Able to work independently with good leadership and interpersonal skills to conduct training in the areas of hygiene and equipment maintenance.
SALES DEPARMENT
Sales & Marketing Manager (Based in Tawau) - Possess a diploma/degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Strong public relations and business development skills with proven track record
